---------->On June 1, preparatory work began for the construction launch of the new section of the Mihai Eminescu Teoretical Lyceum in Comrat town. The project is being implemented by a construction company from the Gagauz autonomy.
Technical and legal issues related to the construction of the facility were discussed during the meeting of the Bashkan of Gagauzia with representatives of the contracting organization.
The Head of the autonomy stressed within the framework of the conversation readiness of the regional authorities to cooperate with the contractor and promptly resolve emerging issues.
The day before, builders went to the construction site of the new facility, identified points of connection to utilities, determined the driveway, through which the supply of building materials will be carried out.
The representative of the contractor assured the management of the autonomy that the facility will be put into operation within the time frame established by the contract - within 15 months.
Starting next week, the company is ready to start excavation works and excavation of the foundation. In the near future, the date of laying the first stone in the foundation of the future building will be determined with the participation of representatives of diplomatic missions and other guests.
The Romanian Side has allocated 15 million lei for the construction of the new building in the „Mihai Eminescu” Theoretical Lyceum with the education in the state language. The contribution of 5.6 million lei will be covered by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
