Today, May 12, 2021, the final commissioning of civil works under the “Civil works at the kindergarten no. 1 "Ghiocel"" subproject in Singerei town, renovated within the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova (GD no. 28/2019) through the PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund".
The event was attended by members of the commissioning team, representatives of the Town hall of Singerei, the Subproject Implementation Agency, the construction company and the PI “Moldova Social Investment Fund”.
The implementation of this subproject contributed to the creation of better conditions for early education of 7 children groups, attended by about 150 preschool children, and 30 teachers and support staff in kindergarten.
The roof was replaced and exterior works have been carried out (thermal insulation of the facade, plating of the socle, etc.) for money from the Project budget in the amount of about 1,600,000 lei, allocated for the kindergarten.
Civil works have been executed by the ROSIVID CONSTRUCT SRL company during the period 11.09.2020 – 10.03.2021.

The list of subprojects from preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova was approved for financing based on the ORDER no. 913 of April 10, 2014, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, on the publication of the Cooperation Program for 2014, concluded by exchange of letters, signed in Bucharest and Chisinau on April 9, 2014, based on Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Agreement between the Government Romania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, signed in Bucharest on April 27, 2010, regarding the implementation of the technical and financial assistance program based on a non-reimbursable financial aid amounting to 100 million euros granted by Romania to the Republic of Moldova.
PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund" (MSIF) is designated as the entity responsible for preparation implementation , for ensuring the transparency of the process and for reporting on the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova by the Government Decision no. 436 of 10.06.2014 on the implementation of the Technical and Financial Assistance Program provided by the Government of Romania for preschool institutions in the Republic of Moldova.

2015 - 3 million Euros allocated on basis of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova of 14.11.2014 within the „Increasing childrens access and participation in early education in the Republic of Moldova” Project
2017 - 3 million Euros (GD no. 133/2017)
2019 - 3 million Euros (GD no. 28/2019)
A total of 29 million Euros were allocated by the Romanian Government. Over 1000 kindergartens in our country have been renovated and equipped with various categories of equipment and inventoryfor these funds.
