Friday, November 20, 2015, in the village of Mihaileni, raion Riscani an Adult Day Care Center was inaugurated, the institution was rehabilitated under the "Social Infrastructure and Energy Efficiency" project, implemented by the Moldova Social Investment Fund with the support of German KfW bank.
The event was attended by the Minister of Labour, Social Protection and Family, Mircea Buga, the Head of Community Development and MSIF Programs Management Department, Tatiana Socolov and community members.
With the financial support of the German Bank KfW, through MSIF, the capital repaire of the Centre building was carried out. Works have included replacing the roof, repairingand renovating of the interior and exterior of the building, insulation, replacing of infrastructure (water pipes, sewage system, heating system, electrical networks) and the arrangement of the boiler house.

Adult Day Care Cente provides the following services: social canteen, laundry, home care services, temporary shelter, etc. About 50 people will benefit daily from this services. The total investment in this project is over 1.5 million lei, of which 828 000 were allocated by German bank KfW, and 700 thousand contributed by the Mihăileni community.
