“ALUNELUL” KINDERGARTEN IN GRADISTE, CIMISLIA RAYON, REPAIRED WITH PI MSIF SUPPORT

 

On September 29, 2021 the Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Moldova, H.E. Daniel Ioniță, participated in the official ceremony for the completion of the repair and modernization works in the “Alunelul” kindergarten in Gradiște village, Cimișlia rayon, carried out with the financial support of the Romanian Government.

 

On this occasion, the Ambassador Daniel Ioniță stated, among others, the following:

 

"1.3 million MDL were allocated cumulatively for this kindergarten,in two successive tranches, in 2015 and recently in 2020, by the Romanian Government, which represents only a part of the over 600 million MDL, money donated by the Romanian people, by the Romanian Government for the renovation of kindergartens in the Republic of Moldova. We understood that in this kindergarten direct beneficiaries are about 217 person, ie children attending the kindergarten, parents and educators. (...)

 

We will continue to be just as determined to be with you on the path to the EU, and as long as you stay on this path, our support for you can grow exponentially. (...)

 

I wish you all, especially those who are the direct beneficiaries of this beautiful building, to take care of it and be convinced that Romania, local and central authorities have cooperated and put their shoulder together to make it possible for you to have a kindergarten. to European standards. It is in your direct interest to protect what you have and not to forget who helped you in difficult times. ”

 

Additional information

 

The total value of works carried out in the “Alunelul” Kindergarten in Gradiste village, Cimișlia rayon, in 2020-2021 period was MDL 814,406.00, MDL 800,000.00 of which was.the contribution of Romania. These civil works include: thermal insulation of the facade, construction of external sewerage networks, landscaping, repair of the catering unit.

 

The “Alunelul” kindergarten previously benefited from financing from the Romanian state,respectively in 2015 in the total amount of MDL 500,438.00.
