Starting with 04.02.2020 PI ”The Moldova Social Investment Fund” initiates the technical evaluation stage of subprojects submitted for funding from sources of the Program of technical and financial assistance granted by the Romanian Government for pre-school institutions in the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Government Decision no.28 of 18.01.2019 (Monitorul Oficial no. 22-23, 2019). About the date and time of the evaluation visit in each community, the PI MSIF consultants will announce in advance the community mayor and/or the Chairman of the Implementation Agency. The evaluation of volumes of works and the state of preparedness of the community for the approval stage is carried out in a participatory method. the evaluation meeting from the side of the community will be attended by: representatives of the local public administration (the mayor, local councilors), members of the Implementation Agency, direct beneficiaries, etc.

Taking into account financial sources available for each community according to the Government Decision mentioned above, proposals for funding will be evaluated from the technical, institutional, environmental and immediate impact point of views. At the same time, the community will be consulted on prioritization of  volumes of works proposed for funding (for example, repairs of the interior cannot be performed, in case the roof is damaged, or the construction of the fence cannot be allowed, if conditions in group rooms are unsatisfactory, etc.).
