EUprojects.md is a website dedicated to projects, which have been already implemented in the Republic of Moldova with the support of the European Union and EU Member States. Each project is described in simple terms and provides information with which users can find out what specific activities have been done, what problem has been solved, who are the beneficiaries, how much money has been allocated and from what sources.
The platform also has an advanced search system, allowing users to find more easily projects, based on the donor, area or locality where they were implemented. The album "The European Union projects in Moldova" is a publication, issued for the first time in Moldova. It contains information about projects implemented in Moldova with European funds, and how they have changed life of communities. The first edition of the album includes 19 projects implemented in different regions of the country with the support of 10 of the EU Member States and the EU Delegation in Moldova.
The album will be distributed for free in municipalities, raion councils, banks, post offices and other public institutions. "Although in recent years the European Union external assistance has increased, people know little about what is done with these funds, who has allocated them and how they were spent. In this context the album and the website EUprojects.md is aimed to provide truthful information about the results of projects, implemented with European funds, and encourage Moldovan citizens to apply for various projects and grant offers," organizers have declared.
