Today, on September 16, 2020, the team of the Public Institution "Moldova Social Investment Fund" together with the Primar of Anenii Noi town, Mr. Alexandr Matarin, and the Director of the lyceum, Mrs. Victoria Borisov, paid a monitoring visit to the repair site of the Theoretical Lyceum "Mihai Eminescu" in Anenii Noi town, where it was found that civil works at the construction site are carried out according to the schedule and in compliance with the protection measures aimed at not spreading COVID-19 virus.
The institution is undergoing the renovation process within the Component A.2 of the “Moldova Education Reform” Project financed by the World Bank, managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and implemented by the PI MSIF.
The cost of the contract is 8,887,129, 39 lei and includes the following civil works:
- reconstruction of the roof (Section III),
- replacement of joinery (Sections II and III),
- interior repair works (Sections II and III),
- external repair works (Sections II and III),
- installation of heating and ventilation systems (Sections II and III),
- construction of water supply and sewerage networks (Sections II and III),
- installation of power supply network (Sections II and III),
- installation of external electrical networks OHL 0,4kV,
- installation of the fire alarm system (Sections II and III),
- construction of external water supply and sewerage networks,
- Landscaping.

In total, 17 general educational institutions will be renovated within the A.2 component of the "Moldova Education Reform" Project financed by the World Bank and managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research through the PI "Moldova Social Investment Fund". As of today, 12 of these institutions have already been commissioned.
