Starting with 10.06.2019, the Moldova Social Investment Fund starts the first stage of social and technical evaluation of subprojects submitted for financing from sources allocated according to the State Budget Law for the year 2019 no.303/2018 (Monitorul Oficial No 504 -511, 2018) and approved by Government Decision No.94 of 11.02.2019 (Monitorul Oficial No 49-58, 2019). About the date and time of the evaluation visit in each community, MSIF consultants will announce in advance the mayor of the community and/or the chairman of the Implementing Agency. Representatives of the local public administration (mayor, local councilors), members of the Implementing Agency, direct beneficiaries, community leaders, etc. will participate in the evaluation session.

Taking into account the available financial sources per community according to the above-mentioned Government Decision, the financing proposals will be evaluated by technical, institutional, environmental and immediate impact. At the same time, the community will be consulted in prioritizing the volumes of works proposed for financing (for example, internal repair works can not be carried out, if the roof is damaged or the construction of a fence can not be allowed, if the conditions in the group rooms are unsatisfactory, etc.).

At the same time, we inform you that the process of social and technical evaluation of subprojects financed under the Technical and Financial Assistance Program granted by the Government of Romania to pre-school institutions in the Republic of Moldova (RO4 - Government Decision No. 28 of 11.02.2019, Monitorul Oficial no. 49-58, 2019), will be initiated as of July 2019.
