On May 31, the meeting of the Board of the Public Institution "Moldova Social Investment Fund" (MSIF), chaired by the General Secretary of the Government, Lilia Palii, took place.

          The meeting agenda included examining a range of topics related to the institution's operational activity, the ongoing projects, the 2018 budget, human resources management, and the 2018 audit report (KfW source, Phase II, grant from the German Development Bank).

         Members of the Board evoked appreciation for achievements of the MSIF in the field of social infrastructure and effective implementation of development assistance programs provided by external partners.

          The Moldova Social Investment Fund (MSIF) was created in 1997 with the support of the World Bank and the donor countries in order to contribute to the implementation of National Development Strategies in Moldova by empowering poor communities and their institutions in managing the priority development needs.
